Hello the calendar will open at the start of the new year and prices will be almost similar to the current ones.
You may take the metro from the aiport an stop at Monastiraki Station. Then the apartment is 5 minutes walk. Or we can arrang you a taxi for 50 euros and arrive in the aprtment in 35 minutes
We follow the rules of booking.com regarding cancellations and we offer one year voucher to our guests in case they can't make it to pay their visit. In case of serious health issues usually we offer 50% back .

At Athens Ring area from 07:00 from 20:00 from Monday until Thursday the cars that are permitted are the euro 6 and above. On Friday the limit is from 07:00 until 15:00. At weekends the traffic is free. Glad to help
